Very dissapointed that you cannot accept that there are problems and want to hide from them. This is not an open forum but a Stalinist regime:

My original statement.

I have recently upgraded to Maximizer 10 Entrepreneur.

Having been a Maximizer user since its inception as a DOS package I am somewhat disappointed at the current support or lack of it.

In past years if there was a problem a quick call to technical support and help was at hand.

I had to upgrade to 10 as a new pc has Vista Business installed, so I was disappointed in being forced into a situation anyway. However, when I started to have problems with the install which I understand is common from various forums I was told I had to either pay for a quick service or wait my turn. I am more than two weeks down the line and no help has been forthcoming.

Currently the only way I can use Maximizer on the Vista machine is by logging in as the administrator meaning all my diary has been lost. Couple to that and I find that when looking through emails, should an email arrive in Outlook, Maximizer crashes. But what is the point in reporting this problem? No one will call me back or email any help or advice.

It would appear that Maximizer has gone from being a great product to an also ran. For sure if I had not invested a lot of time an effort I would most certainly be talking to other providers.

Yours in disappointment

Chris
