The MAXWIN97.dot file is sitting in the startup folder, but MS Word does not display the Maximizer toolbar

CelesteC, if the Maxwin97.dot is in the Global Templates and Add-Ins section & enabled but the toolbar is not being displayed all you should need to do is go to View>>Toolbars in Word and enable the Maximizer Toolbar.
