Would really appreicate it if someone could help me out, Maximizer has become a full time problem at work.
Ok Ive got maximizer setup on a four computer network. I have a 1-5 user license. I have three address folders that i/we work with. I am able to get into all of these folders on any of the workstations, but on the server (which we use as a workstation) I am only able to get into two of the folders, if I try to open the third one I get the following: DataManager returned an error code of 11 An INVALID FILE NAME error occurred on the User file. Cant figure out how to stop this, Ive even tried importing all of the info from this problematic folder to a Tab-Delaminated file and then making a new a complete new address folder and importing the info into it from the delimitated file .still the same problem. Just cant figure out why it works on all of the workstations, but not the server and why all the other address folders work on the server, its just that one address folder that doesn'. ??? Maximizer is suppose to increase your productivity, but my productivity has dropped to Zero!! Anyway, Any Help would be GREATLY appreciated. Thank you |
