We were using maximizer enterprise 9.0. After upgrading to version 9.5, we are not able to see the address book. Has anyone faced similar situation? Where can I find document detailing upgrade steps to follow?

Good Afternoon,
I'm sorry to hear that you are having problems with your upgrade. To upgrade an address book to Maximizer 9.5 all you need to do is open it in Maximizer 9.5. To do this start Maximizer and click File>>New Address Book, type in the name of the address book, for the location click the Browse button and select the folder that your Maximizer Address Book Files are stored in and click ok. You will then be given an alert that says 'Maximizer files found in this folder, click yes to use these files or no to select a different directory', click 'Yes' at this point. You will then be asked to login, login as the MASTER user and enter the appropriate password. The database will then be upgraded as Maximizer opens. |
