I'm trying to create a form to view/amend/delete data in fields in the maximizer address book for a record that is already created.
Question is I can't work out how to launch this form or how to automatically open this new form when I for example double click on a record in the address book etc

I get an option to use a new form when I create a new address book record but no option to use any user created form after the record is created.
