Since Goldmine is not going to support VISTA for small users, this questions is going to keep coming up. I need to get my e-mails out of Goldmine to Maximizer or Outlook. Now they are trapped in the program with no easy way that I can see to export them.
In GM the mail files are in a .dbt with a .mdx index.
Hope someone has the knowledge to help

dont forget, when you complete or file and email, it becomes a history record, as far as i can remember, so youre double shot :-)

try the old dj hunt program "beyond gold"-- it's free-- and i cant remember if it handles mailbox, but in all likelyhood it may...

you'll need to export your mail files tomaybe a dbf, then import them into outlook mapping the ( thankfully ) few fields associated with mail records...

so this is tangentially a max issue, try the goldmine support boards-- they have a bit of synpathy for the small guy like you and me who got shafted with the phony UPP letting you upgrade for free to whatever version they come up with...

hope that's a start
