How do I use a signature when emailing from Max 5.0?
How can I track the actual emails - can I have a sent mail as a document?

Hi Marty,

You can set an auto signature from the Email tab of Maximizer. Go to the file menu, select preferences, click on the Email tab and there is a button marked Autosignature. Click on this and you can add an Autosignature.

If you right click on a client to select send Email, there is a check box which asks "save to documents?" this will save your outgoing Email in as document.
