Has anyone had any customers who print address labels off to a continuous roll. i.e. pre-paid post labels with no horizontal gaps all going through a dot-matrix printer.

The lables are 6.5" by 5", with text both at the top and the bottom of each label, so i have a tight area to fit this address in.

Im having endless problems with sizing these labels up to extent of banging my head against the table now.
If anyone has any hints on paper sizes to use etc, Please, Please post a message!!!!

You could try increasing your top and bottom margins.
To do this from within max go file\ preferences\ labels, and change the margins. Keep the label size the same, what it actually is.
