Is there any way in Maximizer 10 to create an automated task list ? I'm looking to create a task list but want it to follow certain critereas like for example is field "cars "contains data to sound an alarm then move on to another task
What you're looking for here sounds like Workflow functionality, Maximizer does not have a workflow engine built into it, however you should be able to get a copy of Knowledgesync through your Business Partner which is a full featured and powerful Workflow Engine.
However Knowledgesync is a complex program and you will quite likely need considerable training or assistance to fully implement it.
I was looking into Knowlegesync and by the looks it only works through emails notifications or fax and paging and few other methods but it does not actually create tasks or prompt users to create a new opportunity etc. within Maximizer is this correct?
