With Maximizer 8 Enterprise is there a way to edit the note that's logged in the notes history when an email is sent? Today, the 7-line note logs as follows:
An email has been sent to (CUSTOMER NAME) <EMAIL@ADDRESS.COM>. Please refer to the email saved in the Documents window. Subject: EMAIL SUBJECT Note Text: REFERENCE NOTE I want to see the subject in the first line. I looked in user manual and administrators guide without success. Any ideas? |
