Where can I find info to help me setup Item Catalogue files for use in the order desk?

I am having the same problem. Apparently the catolog is only available for use online then you can access it instead of typing all the info when you mannually enter an order....let me know how you do with it and any new stuff.

The catalog is created by ECBuilder (The light version ships with Maximizer but is limited to only 5 items I believe) Primarily designed for eCommerce it can be used offline - I have a number of clients using it. You can easily create the catalog and use it off line by pointing to the catalog files
