I have installed Max 10 Enterprise on a 64bit Windows 2003 Server which is also running 64bit SQL 2005. Everything is working but now trying to install MaxExchange Server which fails during the install. The error is "Cannot install SQL server or the current existing one does not work properly"

I have looked to see is there is a way to supress installing SQL express and make it use the installed SQL server, but cannot see how.

Also tried installed on 32bit 2003 server but then get an error saying "Unable to load MaxExchSetup.dll"
