When merging to a long list, and viewing each record before sending, after I hit the send button, I have to retype the subject line and re-attach the file I'm sending out to all of these people.

Is there a way to send the same file and subject to everyone without having to do it manually each time? It seems incredibly inefficient for this type of program.
