I have tried uninstalling Max 9 and crystal reports and then reinstalling it but it doesnt fix it! Perhaps I am assuming the wrong thing. When I go to Reports > Crystal Reports > Personal > Custom > any of the options it does not open crystal reports. Is it suppose to?? thanks Laura | ||

I put a call into Maximizer and they told me that if you apply the service packs for crystal reports that it will not function properly. Removing and reinstalling hasnt fixed my problem but I thought everyone should know. DO NOT INSTALL the service packs for crystal reports!! Laura | |||

This is an OEM version of Crystal Reports that comes with Max and it specifically says on Crystal's website NOT to install service packs or hotfixes on OEM versions. Just a heads up for future info. | |||
