Greetings!

I am running Windows 7 64 bit with Maximizer 11 Entrepreneur and Office 2007.

When I upgraded to Office 2010 I lost the Microsoft Word Add-ins. The Outlook add-ins were fine.

I tried uninstalling Maximizer 11 with the intention of re-installing it and it did not uninstall properly. I could not re-install Maximizer because the install program kept telling me that Maximizer was already installed.

I spent 2.5 hours trying to resolve this problem with tech support from Maximizer with no solution.

Luckily I preformed a Windows mirror back-up prior to all this and was able to fully restore properly.

Any suggestions?
