We are running Maximizer 9 ( not Enterprise) on XP Professional, and cannot get Crystal Reports to work.

If I go to Reports|Crystal Reports and try to either run an pre-existing report or create a custom report., I get an error dialogue that says "SQLDriverConnect failed".

I've looked at the support ticket at http://tinyurl.com/22rjg5 but that doesn't apply, as the scenario there is partial failures, not complete failure.

We have uninstalled Crystal Reports XI and re-installed it, making sure to be logged in as Administrator, but no joy.

ANyone else seen this? Any suggestions?

Anyone got any ideas on this one, or is it something we need to pass through to support to the vendor we got Maximizer from (CABC)?
