Maximizer CRM 10 seem to deteriorate - things which worked yesterday dont work anymore...
A) 1. While creating new address book items, e.g. a new company, I can fill in some company details information. E.g. Category or MaxExchange Distribution group 2. I save the data 3. I re-open the company and all the info in "Company details" is gone - even the mandatory fields are empty! B) As Master, I created a "Key fields list". Now, as a user, the drop box "Key fields for:" is still empty! Roland |
