Howdy. We're running Max 10 (Group).
A few versions I remember the client_ID (aka IDentification) showing up on the address book window. It doesn't show anymore. Is there a simple way to enable that field so we can copy/paste it if needed. I am not looking for a custom form solution... just some sort of on/off switch I'm suspecting does not exist. Thanks, Cory |

Hi there, sorry for the delay in responding.
If you want to add it to the view you see in the address book you can simply edit the current column layout, select and empty column and then pop the IDentification field from the basic fields list on the bottom right into that column. That will then show you the ID for each record. You can also view the ID by right clicking on a record and then clicking on Properties. |
