We have recently installed Maximizer 10.5 and some of our users need to have Web Access and although it works internally we can't configure our ISA 2006 server to allow access externally.

Does anyone else use ISA 2006, if so could you explain how you configured a rule to allow access to the web client.

I don't have ISA 2006, but I do have ISA 2004 with Maximizer Web Access working through it.

What I did was create a Firewall Policy using the Web Listener OWA. This will listen on port 80 for any traffic. I also added an external dns entry called maxi.company.com to point to my ISA servers IP address. Then back on the firewall policy have the server's IP address in the To tab and http in the traffic tab. In the Public name tab have maxi.company.com and in the Paths have /MaxExchangeTransport/*. Finally, in the user tab have all users.
