E-mail Preference problem - Maximizer CRM Software

I am coming back to Maximizer and use IncrediMail as my primary e-mail server. When I go to preferences under email the following are dim and I can not check them:
Read Message
Compose Message
Override extended
Compose HTML

Any ideas on what the problem is.

I think the problem is likely to be that IncrediMail either doesn't support the full implementation of the MAPI interface.
