I am using Max v.7. I am trying to update contacts on companies that are already in my address book. Because there are many new contacts I am uploading a list instead of adding individually, however in doing so, Max did not combine the new entries with the current entry even though all information including ID is the same. Max changed the ID on the new contacts and made a new entry for this company and this is not what I want. How can I get Max to merge these new contacts into the existing entry?
