We are using Maximizer 9.0 (series 1707 SP2 for SR1, build 720). The data is held on a network share. This has been working absolutely fine for many weeks until suddenly when trying to assign an email to an address book entry we get a "DATAMANAGER returned an error code of 46" - An ACCESS DENIED error occurred on the 'Documents and Templates' file...". Nothing has been changed at all on the server, or on the network shares. Restarting Maximizer and/or the database engine does not fix the problem. The problem is across all users and all client machines. Any idea what has suddenly caused this?
