I created the html, the winqcgi.exe, uplod it to my website. I can stat the html. I fill the form. I press send, but it only try to download the winqcgi.exe

I think something is wrong, cause I am supposed to receive the form filled by email.

I would suggest you take a look at page 108 of the Maximizer Users Guide as that details additional steps that need to be taken by your ISP, such as installing and enabling the scripts that the form relies on.
