Is there a way in Max 11 Enterprenuer to enable the ability to back date a note on the fly? I know this can be done by right clicking and going into properties but I was wondering if there was a quicker way.

If you really want to change the date of notes after they have been created you need the "modify note properties" priviledge. This will enable you to change the date of the note while you have the note open on the screen. This priviledge is not granted by default as you do not normally want people to make events look like they happened at a different time.

To grant the priviledge under "Manage Users" -Properties - user priviledges
