morning all
Running Max 10 Entrepreneur on Vista home, had countless problems.
Any how, the latest is I keep getting an alert flash up for an old appointment, and no matter how often I cancel or complete it it keeps coming back.
Have even removed the client its tied to from the database and still flashes up!
Any advice? The firm I brought it off in the UK charges the earth if I just want to ask a quick question, so this is my last chance before I remove the software and buy another CRM package

You could try doing a "Verify and Recover" on the address book (Administrator module, File > Address Book Verification). That might help.

If the Escona Tutorial address book has been installed, try doing a "Verify and Recover" on that one and see if it gives you the same error message.

Yep same message and now its decided not to run at all half the time, coming uo with not responding msgs
I would go to CABC, but the support costs they offer are through the roof
