I use maximizer 5 and outlook 2000 on windows nt. Only able to view the inbox for outlook in maximizer email. How can I see all of the other folders(sent, contacts...)
Already tried override extended mapi but that hangs maximizer. Also chose microsoft mail in the advanced settings. Anyone got any ideas.

Outlook must be installed in Corporate/Workgroup (CW) mode in order to use full MAPI. If you open Outlook and do

Help > About Microsoft Outlook...

and see

Microsoft Outlook 2000
Internet Mail Only

then that's your problem. You'll have to do

Tools > Options > Mail Delivery > Reconfigure Mail Support...

to change to CW mode.

It is already set for corporate/workgroup. Any other suggestions. As soon as I uncheck override extended mapi it works fine but I can only see the inbox.
