ive set up a vpn and i am trying to share an address book in order to create a workgroup, ive set it up so that when i create a new address book i source the folder to the shared folder on networked Pc, the problem im having is that it is REally really slow , it takes ages to load up the data. hwever over a LAN ethernet cabel its perfectly fine..
what can i do???

Based on our experience VPN won't cut it - way too slow just as you've found. We switched to a Terminal Services environment - tricky, but it works. There are many others on this board who have done the same, and lots of notes on the subject.
