Cannot restore SQL-server address book backup Maximizer 10|

I am trying to restore an address book, backed up using Maximizer Administrators' backup function.
1. Creating backup "Backup.bak" 2. Generate new database "NewDatabase" 3. Change password for user "MASTER" (error occurs also with standard password "control") 4. Try to restore the address book Receive error: "Problem encountered when trying to restore SQL Database NewDatabase" A backup function which cannot restore is useless... Funnily, the SQL-server database "NewDatabase" is visible in SQL server manager just after its creation, but after the restoration attempt it disappeared from the available data bases... However, it is still in the list of databases in Administrator. Any ideas? Roland |

The restore function is apparently completely usesless when changing computers, and practically useless when not. Considering what's at stake, Maximizer has really done a poor job of this. You'll probably have to call their support line by design.
