I have been testing Maximizer out in our environment and one machine seems to get random MaData6 errors once a day or so. The following is displayed and the program shuts down:
The instruction at "0x7c168f1d" referenced memory at "0x0000001c". The memory couldn't be "read". Click on OK to terminated the program.
Any ideas? Note that this occurs when after making a phone call and then hitting next to go the next record. No e-mail/word interaction is happening when this occurs. Thanks much.
We have now figured out that this error occurs right after a Protoview error occurs within Maximizer. This Protoview error occurs when the phone dial window is up and you scroll through 148-150 records by hitting next. This happens on all databases and all machines and isn't related to any specific records as you can start scrolling 10 records later and it won't generate the error until the 148th to 150th record. Any ideas?
I got that message every time I want to add a new WORD document. Maby they want me to use that WORD processor they create, anyway it is not great that error when you are talking to the client and everything disapear because of that error.
Running maximizer 9 since February 17, 2006, with QB link.
