I have a relatively random problem when creating a new contact for a new company. This normally works well (once I remove the annoying duplicate feature), but sometimes I get an error appear stating that an 'Address ID cannot be found and that the database might be damaged'. If I locate the entry I have just put in, and try to edit it, I get the error that it cannot be found, and when I delete it, this corrects the initial error of an Address ID cannot be found.
Therefore, it seems that somehow by Address book entry I have attempted to put in, has only been partly added, and an ID is missed off. If anyone has seen this, or knows what might cause this, I would be very pleased to know. |
