I've been looking a few hours after this function, but it isn't available.

We've got over 10 000 of documents(!) stored in maximizer and we want to import them into tigerpaw.

A guy on the helpdesk said there was no way of doing this, exept for the copy & past method.

Is there a solution for my problem?

We are currently working on a program that can Export all document types from Maximizer.

It is still at the development stage at the moment though.

Documents are stored in a blob object and you cannot export them. Even if you could export them what program will let you import, a plethora of word documents, Maximizer Word documents, excel spreadsheets, bmp's, gif's, naked pics of yourself.... etc.

At CABC we have the capability to extract documents from Maximizer. We can offer this to you as a service (we have an application but only for internal use). They can then be imported into other applications as OLE linked or embedded objects (partially dependent on which they are in Maximizer).

For more information email info@cabc.co.uk and we'll be happy to discuss your requirements.

CABC

If you really want to extract documents from Maximizer we can do this for most document types. Of course you will still have to find a way to get them into SalesForce(!) Have you tried out the Maximizer web interface which offers easy access to your existing Maximizer data via web client? You can experiment with the web client at www.maximizer.org
