I use Maximizer 7 and a PBX.
Using TAPI I can dial out (with a 9 prefix) from Outlook. When Maximizer is configured to use same TAPI data it does not include prefix and therefore call is not made. When using a direct line call (no prefix required – calls are made ok) Does anyone know what I have done wrong? and what I need to do to get it all working? |

Under your dialing preferences there is a dailing Prefix edit box. I would imagine you put the 9 in there.
