Every time we add a customer service record Maximiser 8 crashes with the error maxdata6.dat.exe and that an error log is being created.

If the program is re started the customer service record is there.

Any adeas?

Does it happen on all machines? What OS? How much memory? Be sure to run AdAware and virus check, use MSconfig to turn off any unnecessary programs from loading at startup. If its only happeing on one machine try uninstalling and reloading.
