I have been trying to use Max 9.5 and now CRM 10 Entrepreneur Since August 2007. As anyone can see from my posts here, I have struggled with it and the intricacies of the design from the git go. I'm sorry you haven't been able to get through this, however Maximizer is a complex product and if you have not used it before I would suggest that training is almost essential for a new user of Maximizer.
