I just bought MaxMobile for my smartphone, but when I tried to install, it said I needed Max version 10. I have Max 9. Do I have to upgrade Max?

John, it sounds like you have been sold the Max Mobile v10 Product which does indeed require Maximizer 10. I would suggest you contact the business partner you purchased the program from and ask them if they can exchange it for the version 9 product.

Oops - oh well... I actually ordered it from the Maximizer website, which is very glitzy but somewhat confusing. But thank you for your prompt reply
