what is the story here...i cannot get maximizer to recognize my outlook email...and when i use the filter "all" it wants to bring all of my email over (1000's)...then i set up a outlook synch and this address book error message keeps popping up and won't go away. in addition my outlook started to act oddly....how stable is this interface

Maximizer does not "bring over" email. It gives you access and functionality to use Outlook 2003. What you should see is your Outlook 2003 folder view with the email listings for whatever folder you have isolated. You "bring over" the emails only when you tell Max to link them to a contact or company. Then Max stores the email and makes a notation in the Documents tab for companies and individual contacts.

We recently had to reinstall maximizer on one of our computer's (we have a license for six computers), following the reinstallation we encountered an difference within the application. We use Microsoft Outlook as our e-mail application. When we select the email window in Maximizer to attach an e-mail to a contact in Maximizer, we can only view the contents of our inbox, whereas some of our colleges are able to view their other folders e.g sent emails. Is there anyone that may be able to give us some suggestions of why this has happend and how we can rectify it.
