I am trying to help a client of mine. She currently goes into an existing appointment and takes notes during the meeting. She has noticed that these notes are not appearing in any way in the Notes area of maximizer. We checked in the logging area and there doesnt seem to be anything obvious for how to set this. Does anyone else know how to go about doing this? | ||
