I'm Using Maximizer Enterprise 9 locally on my notebook computer w/ the pervasive DB. XP Pro Pentium M 2.13GHz, 2GB RAM.

When I am working in MS Word 2003, every 15 minutes or so a dialog box will pop up asking if I'd like to save my document with Yes, NO, & Cancel as the options. If I choose Yes or No, it closes. Choosing cancel closes the dialog box.

If Word is not the active window, it simply closes without saving my work. This began right after I installed Maximizer.

No entries in the event logs to help. Any ideas?

Hi, Rik. Try this:

Go to the Windows Control Panel, then open the Services window. Locate the "Maximizer PrintFax Service", right-click it, then choose "Properties".

Click the "Stop" button to stop the service, and change the "Startup type" to "Manual" so it won't start the next time you boot your machine.
