I have a site where when any workstation opens Max 6 gets the error message:
"The Maximum number of user licenses has been reached..." They have 2 licenses & no one can open Maximizer from any workstation. Have rebooted server & all workstations involved. Have updated the Gateway locator on all workstations but the problem persists Thanks Tony Lau |

Have you tried re-applying the licenses?

I cannot get into the Administrator as I get the error message when I try to do anything in Maximizer

Try opening the Pervasive license administrator module
Start > Programs > Pervasive.SQL > Other Utilities > License Administrator to see if you have any active Pervasive licenses registered. If not, then you may have to remove and reinstall Pervasive.SQL. |
