Hi, How can I insert a document template to the "write a letter" button? Thanks and happy new year.

Looks to me that by default the write a letter button uses the "*Letter" template. Try removing that one creating your own and naming it "*Letter"

Which template is it opening by default? Modify that one.

No template is opening by default.

Launch the Maximizer Editor, choose File > Open and see if a template named * Letter exists. If not, create one. (Note the space between the asterisk and the "L".) See if that does the trick.

Ozzy I take it you want to modify the default template. First off, open Maximizer Editor. DON'T do it by clicking on the write a letter icon or anything else. Open the editor and open * Letter. If you did this right * Letter will show up in the title bar. If you did it wrong [Untitled] will show up. Modify your letter as needed and save. Close the editor. NOW click on the icon to "Write a Letter" and you'll see your new template. Done IRIS
