Dashboards and MaxExchange Remote Users

I have Maximizer 10 and all its service packs installed. I currently have dashboards working in Maximizer's normal environment and terminal server. However, our remote MaxExchange users do not see the dashboards. All they get is 'The address is not valid', error message exactly the same as you would get in Internet Explorer.

I have added the correct URL information to our ISA server and it allows me to passthrough to get to the maxi server and the default web site in IIS.

Does anyone have any ideas how I could get this working?
