I'm running Max Enterprise 7.0 with remote users using MS SQL 2000 SP3. I have one user that logs into his remote database and when completeing tasks which should log to his notes they save into the customer service notes. However, if he logs into the main database his data is in the Notes. And when he syncs his data it is saved on the main database under the notes tab rather than customer Service notes. I checked the server setting and all notes are supposed to be logged into the notes instead of Customer service notes. I have completely uninstalled Maximizer and MS SQL from his machine and reinstalled. Still on his local database all notes default to being stored in his customer service notes. Please help!
