We are running Maximizer Enterprise 7.5 We currently run with several different address books. Each address book has its own calendar. Is there anyway to have a central calendar or sync the calendars.

AFAIK, each address book is independent, and they don't talk to each other.

Can you use security/user groups and user-defined fields so that one address book is used for all purposes?

Of course, each address book could seamlessly integrate with Outlook... Big Grin
