is the macro function disabled in or by Win 7 ??

I have exactly the same problem and have read elsewhere that it cannot work with 10 and Windows 7. Can someone explain why and has this been fixed. I need to urgently enter repetitive data against 500 customers.

I remember what I was told last year:

Highlight the people you want to make a change to, go to 'Edit', 'Global Edit' then click 'User Defined Fields' You can then make the change there and it will put it into each person.
