I'm able to setup email campaigns using Max Ent 9.0. Our company's goal is to have a promo in a jpg form or similar embeded in the email similar to sending and email in Outlook. This allows the jpeg promo to come up upon opening the email campaign without having to open up the jpeg as an attachment. We can do this from Outlook but not from Maximizer. Any ideas are greatly appreciated.
When you are creating a campaign in Maximizer you can choose either a Maximizer Word Processor Document or a HTML File as the Campaign Template.
I would suggest that the best way for you to proceed is to create a HTML template for your campaings (which can include linked image files) and then import that into Maximizer when you are creating the Campaign.
This will allow you to create polished and professional feeling campaigns that you can then send out to any list of people in your Maximizer system.

Thanks for your reply. I attempted to make a html template for a test campaign to myself. When I use a html template instead of a regular template the campaign fails and automatically goes into suspend mode. Regars....Rob
I would suggest then Rob that either your system is not setup correctly or you need some further training on how to use the campaigns element of Maixmizer.
Either way your Maximizer Business Partner should be able to assist.
The campaigns function as long as they are not set up as html. I suspect that there is something wrong with the our setup. I have contacted our Maximizer support. Thanks for your time.
