now that i got my server working i have a client that has not sent me a packet in a month. his system starts to create packet 177 but just pauses on it the goes back to ready.
It does start to create the packet in the /outbox/c9cacc95/ directory but does not finish and create a hdr. also the packt it attems to make is only 18k uncompressed.

Is there a way to get the system to start sending packet agian sort of recreating the database.

If i do have to recreate the database is there a way to send a user a database without using the ftp interface.

Sounds like a configuration error. Have you installed SR2 If you have a first step would be to back up the remote. Create a new temp addressbook at the server, restore to this addressbook and then transfer to the main db and issue a refresh to the remote.

If that does not work you should really be talking to a local BP your remote would need to be reset.
