Here's another error we've recently started getting on a daily basis. For whatever reason, whenever we try to log into Max as an Administrator from any PC (client) other than the host (server), we get the error "You do not have enough licenses. You have a 1 license pack. Please see your admin...".
We definitely have enough license. After getting that error, no other user can access that same addybook until I go to the server and log on as an Admin there.
I am having the same problem and would welcome your insight of how to fix this. The response on this forum relates to the old pervasive db and we are running max 11e.
First make sure you have correctly applied your licences and re-opened your Maximizer database in the Maximizer Administrator to apply the change. If your licences subsequently seem to have disappeared and you get the insufficient licence warning then may be a problem which has been identified as a possible fault in Maximizer and has been escallated for invesitgation by Maximizer Software. We have 2 work around solutions depending on the version of Maximizer you are using:-
1. If you are using Maximizer Entrepeneur apply licence key in Maximizer administrator on all computers in your network. This should not normally be necessary but usually resolves the issue for practical purposes.
2. If you are using a Maximizer Group or Enterprise edition (in which case this problem is rare) CABC have developed a hot fix which we believe can resolve the issue. Please contact us directly for assistance.
