In Max 9.5 is there a way of running a report/audit trail?

i.e the last time they logged on/how long they have logged in etc?

Out of the box no.

CABC do have an add-on product called Max Audit which may be able to assist you with collecting these types of statistics over time. The product snap shots various stats on a daily basis to enable management reporting of user activity levels.
