Synching Maximizer 10.5 with Outlook 2007 works ok when Outlook creates a contact from a Maximizer Company listing, but when Outlook creates a new contact from a Maximizer Contact listing, the "Email" field is blank and the "Display As" field has the contact name and email address (ex. John Doe (jdoe@sei.com)). It also adds the following to the email2 and email3 "Display as" fields ( John Doe ()). the problem is that when sending a new email from the Outlook contact, it puts three items on the recipient line (ex. John Doe (jdoe@sei.com); John Doe (); John Doe ()).
Does anybody know how to fix this issue? |
