I'm synchronizing appointments between Maximizer Enterprise 9.5 and Outlook 2003. I note that all of my appointments, including so-called "private" ones, are visible by browsing the email folders in Maximizer's email client.

Is this another example of Microsoft's "You gotta be kidding me?!" approach to security?

Or is it considered acceptable since it's just in the .PST file and not part of Maximzer's synchronization stream and thus invisible to other users?
